Hello everyone hope ya'll had a great day of giving thanks!
Do turkeys know the truth about this day? Do they live in fear with the knowledge of the carnage to come? Poor little innocent birds... But damn it... if they only knew how good they taste:-)
Love and Peace...T

Yo, Turtle here,
We just finished a 3 gig week and it felt great. It is amazing how tight you feel after playing a lot. The gigs were not without their difficulties however.
On Sunday the 9th we played at the Fine Line with The Pushstars who are from Boston. This was a great show with great energy everything went well and it was nice seeing people out on a Sunday.
The next night we played at the Entry with a band from New York called Holyghost. Todd was sick and lost his voice completely. J stepped in and did a great job singing lead with the utmost confidence. Look for more of this in the future I think. Todd also lost his amp that night. Something blew on the first song, so we had to borrow another. Bad Karma on Todd that night so I think in a past life he must have driven through some red lights or something. Karma God says bad amp and bad vocal on the same night.
Todd's vocals came around and at the Uptown on Sat (Nov 16th) , however the amp is still not working so we had to borrow another which seemed to buzz a lot. Otherwise the show went fairly well. And with the other bands (the Fighting Tongs, and Landing Gear) there was a great crowd watching great music.
Well, just a short little hello and now I must go get ready for Thanksgiving.
Talk to you again.
Turtle
